This drawing robot is seriously one of the coolest toys we’ve tried. I got it for a six-year-old in our family, and it has been a hit with the other kids around our home, too—my children, nieces, nephews, and their friends.
It combines drawing, creativity, and learning in a way that feels different from our usual toys. After lots of use over the past two months, it’s still working just as it should.

Here’s a short, muted clip of our robot drawing. The photos and demonstration are my own.
The kids love the concept
There are often several kids around our house, so I get to see which toys catch more than one child’s attention. All the kids who have tried this little robot have loved it. It works the way I expected and looks like the product photos and videos.
The fun combination of drawing and an interactive toy is what makes it stand out for me. It’s something the kids have wanted to use again, rather than something that was exciting only when we first opened it.

A screen-free change of pace
I especially appreciate having a creative activity that doesn’t involve a tablet. This gives the kids something hands-on to enjoy while introducing drawing and learning elements through play.
It’s also small enough to take along. I like having that option for visits with family and friends, or for keeping a kiddo occupied at a restaurant.
How it’s holding up
It has been used a bunch over the past two months and is still working just as it should. That’s the experience I can speak to so far, and I’m hopeful it will stay a favorite for a long time.

Would I give it as a gift?
Absolutely. I think this would make a fantastic birthday or Christmas gift for a child who enjoys drawing and hands-on activities. The excitement it has brought to the kids in our family is a big part of why I like it so much.
my honest take
A little toy with a lot of repeat appeal
For our family, this has been fun, creative, and worth coming back to. I received it through Vine, but based on how well it works and how often the kids use it, I think it’s worth the price.
